About these terms

These terms apply when you buy from giftcards through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious error in the price or description, or if we can't deliver to your address; any payment is then refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees. We are not registered under GST, so no GST is charged separately. You can pay by cash on delivery.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns, refunds and cancellations by our Returns and refunds policy, both on this website.

Products

We describe and photograph products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and handmade or natural products can vary a little from piece to piece.

Your account and reviews

Please keep your details accurate. Reviews you post must be honest and not offensive; we may remove ones that aren't.

Liability

giftcards is not liable for indirect losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at our registered city.

Grievances

For any complaint about an order, email orders@edensthread.com or WhatsApp +91 9561249235. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place your order applies.
