Returns

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, as you prefer. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost.

These can't be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong:

How to return

Email orders@edensthread.com or WhatsApp +91 9561249235 with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Return shipping is free for damaged or wrong items. For other returns, please send the item back at your cost. Once we receive and check the item, we'll confirm by message.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made within 5–7 working days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by UPI or bank transfer to the details you share with us.

Cancellations
