Who we are
This website is run by giftcards. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
What we collect
When you order: your name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address and order details. When you browse: basic technical information such as pages viewed and device type, to keep the store working and improve it.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders
- To send order updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email
- To issue GST invoices and keep records the law requires
- To send offers, only if you've agreed; you can opt out any time
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. We share only what's needed with:
- Courier and delivery partners, to deliver your order
- Our e-commerce platform provider, D2 Commerce OS, which hosts this store
- Government authorities, when the law requires it
Reviews
If you write a review, we show it with your first name. We don't show your phone number or address.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for 8 years after your last order, or longer where the law requires (for example, tax records), then delete them.
Your rights

We use reasonable security practices to protect your data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
