Dispatch and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed. Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. We deliver across India.

Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll share the courier name and tracking number. You can also see it on your order page.

Delays and failed deliveries

Delivery times are estimates; weather, strikes or courier issues can occasionally delay orders. If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually try again. If the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to re-ship it.
